Signature Quality Homes L.L.C. in the Kansas City Northland area was founded in 2000 by Dennie Winfrey, Don Reece and Ben Carter. Our builders work alongside our customers to insure the quality and workmanship that our customers have come to expect. From contract signing to our final walk thrus, we strive to have our homeowners’ experience as stress-free as possible. At present, we have built over 300 homes and are currently working on several future projects that will only enhance the Northland. Our homes are priced in the range of $120,000 to $400,000 and are located in Line Creek Meadows , Somerbrook, Autumn Ridge and Genesis at Green Hills. All three of our owners have resided and been in business in this area for over 40 years combined. Dennie Winfrey is a retired regional merchandise manager, Don Reece is the owner of Reece Heating & Cooling, and Ben Carter is co-owner of Prudential Carter-Duffey Realtors.
